Who is Prof. Dr. Rıfat Rasier?
Ophthalmologist
His medical education at Cerrahpaşa Faculty of Medicine was followed by ophthalmology specialty training and a PhD in biomedical engineering at Boğaziçi University.
His clinical interests include excimer laser, cataract and cornea. His academic work covers corneal tissue welding, biomaterials and retinal research.
